At INMO XR, we stand behind our augmented reality technology and offer a 30-day return window for all hardware in original condition. If you are not completely satisfied with your AR experience, our support team is here to assist with a seamless return or exchange process.

Return Process

    Initiate Your Request

    Contact our support team at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

    Prepare Your Device

    Place the INMO XR glasses, charging cables, and accessories back into the original premium packaging to ensure the electronics are protected during transit.

  • 3.
    Ship the Package

    Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking receipt.

  • 4.
    Inspection and Refund

    Once our technical team verifies the device's condition and functionality, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
